New to yoga or returning to your practice after some time away? Or are you a more seasoned practitioner, curious about moving safely and understanding the how and why of common poses?
In a typical yoga class we often simply mimic shapes, this class uncovers the nuances of the poses while addressing common complaints of sore wrists, knees and back.
Bring your curiosity & questions, and take all you learn to other classes on the schedule.
This “workshop style” class is ideal for the complete beginner who is looking to build a strong foundation of the basics. The more seasoned practitioner will discover new ways of experiencing common poses.

About Lindsay Gamester
Lindsay is a Holistic Nutritionist, a Certified Yoga Instructor, and herbalist in training who has been teaching yoga for the past decade. While completing over 300hrs of yoga teacher training, she discovered Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, and mindfulness meditation. These ancient knowledge practices complement her work as both a nutritionist and yoga teacher.
Using hands-on adjustments and props, Lindsay’s methodical yet lighthearted teaching style empowers her students to confidently practice yoga in a safe and effective way.
Although our studio's offerings are from a secular perspective, we would like to acknowledge Yoga's cultural and spiritual roots which originate from Buddhism, Hinduism, Jainism and other ancient spiritual traditions from India.
